Hi, today I’ll tell you about the food you should avoid and why it’s bad for you. You can the food sometimes but don’t eat too much or it might lead to bad health.
The first thing is MSG. It stands for Monosodium Glutamate. It adds flavour to food, tins of fruit and soups. It may taste yummy but it can make your body weak and often get headaches and chest pains.
The second is processed meat. They are like nuggets and sausages. It really tastes nice but it can lead to diseases like cancer, obesity, diabetes and get heart diseases.
The final thing is ice. Even though it’s just frozen water it can ruin your kidneys and liver. It can even ruin your teeth, brain and heart.
So the next time you and your family go shopping try avoiding ice, meat and food that contain MSG. Try buying organic meat and drinks in little boxes and bottles. One more thing when you want to know that the food hasĀ MSG look at the back of the packet or tin. Search in the ingredients sections. bye.
